
On October 19th in Alba during the Alba White Truffle Fair, Chef Marc Lanteri of the Ristorante al Castello, Grinzane Cavour (1 Michelin star) will prepare a dish where the truffle will be the protagonist paired with our Alasia Alta Langa DOCG Riserva 2010.
