
On Saturday 29 October, within the appointments of the 92nd International Fair of the White Truffle of Alba, our Alasia Alta Langa DOCG Rosé will meet the Chef Fabio Ingallinera, one Michelin star with the Restaurant Il Nazionale in Vernante (CN).
Chef Ingallinera will propose a dish in combination with our Alta Langa during the "Foodies Moments" of the fair.
